• Your brand assets and creative inputs are not used to train Promer's general AI models for other users.
• AI-generated outputs are produced based on your inputs and system logic.
• Some processing may involve trusted third-party AI model providers acting as data processors.
• AI-generated outputs may contain inaccuracies. You are responsible for reviewing all content before use or deployment.
• You have the right to request human review if an automated decision materially affects your rights or business interests.

4. Third-Party Service Providers

We will never sell your data. We share data only with trusted third parties who are necessary to operate the Service:

• Payment processors: To handle subscription billing securely
• Analytics providers: To analyze usage trends and improve the platform (data is anonymized)
• AI model providers: To process creative generation requests (prohibited from independent use of your data)

We do not share data with advertising platforms (Meta, TikTok, Google). You are responsible for manually downloading and uploading ad creatives to those platforms.

All third-party sub-processors are vetted for data security compliance and are bound by contractual data protection obligations.

Your data is stored on secure servers. We implement industry-standard encryption and access controls to protect it in transit and at rest.
