Ad Animation: Turn any static ad creative into a short animated version. Works with creatives made inside Promer or your uploaded creatives.

We don't offer refunds on paid plans. That said, you can cancel any time, your plan stays active until the end of your billing period, so you keep access to everything you've paid for.

You can still log in and use Promer, you just won't be able to generate new ad creatives. Browsing templates, downloading past creatives, and other non-AI actions are always free.

To keep generating, you can purchase extra credits at any time, they're added instantly and never expire.

Plan credits reset at the start of each billing cycle, unused ones don't roll over. Extra credits (purchased separately) never expire.

If you cancel or downgrade, your remaining plan credits stay active for 2 months after the change, giving you time to use what you've got.

No. Extra credits only add to your generation capacity, they don't unlock new features, raise limits, or change your plan in any way.

Think of them as a top-up: Promer uses your plan credits first, then draws from your extra credits once those run out.

You get your new plan's credits and features right away. You won't need to wait for your next billing cycle.

Note that your previous plan's remaining credits do not carry over; the higher credits of your new plan apply from day one.
